Certified Practice Manager (CPM) Certification
POMAA offers two different ways to become a Certified Practice Manager (CPM).  There is an online version and a classroom version.  The online exam is offered in the comfort of your own home and made accessible when it is convenient for you to obtain your certification.  The classroom exam will be made available at POMAA's conferences or at The Central Florida Chapter of POMAA if they decide to have exam testing in the future. 

The CPM study guide is available as a member of POMAA.  The study guide is provided in a binder for only $100.00.  The CPM exam cost is $275.00 for either the online version or the classroom version.  When you join as a member of POMAA more information is made available to you in regards to CPM certification either on this website or POMAA's National website at www.POMAA.net.

POMAA does allow one FREE retake of the CPM exam within one year in the event you would not pass the exam the first time. 

**For individuals that already have a medical office management certification through another organization, POMAA offers reciprocity.  You will not have to take another exam to receive the CPM credential, as long as you have a valid medical office management certification through another professional organization**  For more about CPM Reciprocity you must login as a member of POMAA on this website or the national website at www.POMAA.net.
